Records are made to be broken, and top Gator swimmers aspire to set some of the most formidable team records in the sport. Often the Gator record is held by an Olympic medalist, and many of them are existing New England records.

We caught up with one NE record holder, Amanda Hall, who holds eight Gator team records as well as the NE 13-14 Girls 200 IM record, set in 1991.

Sunita (Sunny) Pandya Williams, 41, has traded her racing cap for a space helmet and is doing laps around the Earth as a crewmember of the Space Shuttle Discovery and a resident of the International Space Station.
